Rothiemurchus is delighted to announce that it has just received Gold Green Tourism Award.

The estate has always continually worked toward improving its environmental practices whether it be in the Visitor Centre or outside on the ground, and are delighted that the Green Tourism Scheme has recognised our efforts. We would also like to thank you, the visitor, for playing your part in helping to act responsibly and sustainably whilst here on Rothiemurchus and for helping to care for the beautiful natural resource that we are so very fortunate to have on our door stop.

The buck does not stop here, Rothiemurchus will continue to strenghten our sustainable environmental practices and are always looking for new or more efficient ways to carry out our daily work programmes!
